Personal data is processed only where necessary for operating this website, responding to enquiries, preparing or providing counselling services, or fulfilling legal obligations.

3. Website access and server log files

When you access this website, the hosting provider may process technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, amount of data transferred, browser, operating system and referrer URL. Processing serves the secure and technically reliable operation of the website and is based on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Contact form, email and phone

If you contact me using the contact form, by email or by phone, the information you provide is processed to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a counselling relationship. The contact form does not transmit data to a separate form server; it opens your local email application. Please do not send detailed health information or particularly sensitive personal data by unencrypted email.

5. Retention period

Enquiry data is retained only for as long as necessary to process the enquiry, provide counselling, meet statutory retention obligations, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

6. Cookies, analytics and external services

This version of the website does not use analytics, marketing or tracking services and does not set non-essential cookies. Fonts, logo and images are stored locally or embedded directly in the website. If additional services are added later, this privacy notice must be updated in advance and, where required, a consent solution must be implemented.

7. Recipients and processors

Personal data may be shared with technical service providers where necessary for hosting, email communication, IT security or maintenance. Where legally required, data processing agreements pursuant to Article 28 GDPR must be concluded.

8. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

9. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna.
